Cancellations:

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

-If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a 50% service charge may apply.

No-Shows:

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a 100% service charge will be applied.

 Late arrivals:

If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. A service fee may also be applied.

 Refunds:

Due to the nature of services provided, refunds are not offered on completed services. 

​

 Gift cards:

Gift cards available to purchase in person, please call to schedule a time to pick one up.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Esthetics by Bay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that may arise from the use of this website, the information provided, or services received.

 

All services are performed with professional care and in accordance with industry standards; however, individual results may vary. Clients acknowledge that skin care treatments may carry potential risks, including but not limited to irritation, redness, allergic reactions, or sensitivity.

 

By using this website and receiving services, you agree that Esthetics by Bay will not be held liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes that may occur, except where required by applicable law.
