Cancellations:
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
-If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a 50% service charge may apply.

No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a 100% service charge will be applied.

Late arrivals:
If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. A service fee may also be applied.

Refunds:
Due to the nature of services provided, refunds are not offered on completed services.

Gift cards:
Gift cards available to purchase in person, please call to schedule a time to pick one up.

All services are performed with professional care and in accordance with industry standards; however, individual results may vary. Clients acknowledge that skin care treatments may carry potential risks, including but not limited to irritation, redness, allergic reactions, or sensitivity.
